Your subconscious isn’t where the root of the problem lives.
It’s just the middleman. What’s really running the show - the patterns, the sabotage, the shutdowns - is happening deeper, in your unconscious.

Your subconscious is like the operating system of your day-to-day patterns:
Habits.
Learned responses.
Emotional memory.
But your unconscious? That’s the underworld. That’s where the real drivers sit:
Primal fears
Identity-level wounds
Repressed memories

The myth of subconscious healing
We’ve been sold a simplified model:
“Your subconscious runs 95% of your life - just rewire it and you'll be healed.”
But here’s the truth, backed by Jungian psychology and modern neuroscience:
Up to 10 seconds before you make a conscious decision, your brain has already made it unconsciously.
That means…You’re reacting before your thoughts even catch up.
Carl Jung didn’t just talk about the subconscious. He mapped the psyche into:
The ego (what you think you are)
The personal unconscious (repressed emotions, wounded identities)
The collective unconscious (archetypes, inherited patterns)
And he made it crystal clear:
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

You say the affirmations.

And still, you find yourself back in the same spiral.
Because the subconscious doesn’t hold the original imprint. It holds the repeated version of the story.
The unconscious holds the root cause.
That inner child fear.
