This program is a 3 month personalised program. with additional WhatsApp support and accountability check ins monthly. You will need the following equipment; Kettlebell/dumbbell Step Bands The workouts can be reviewed monthly during the calls or sooner if necessary via WhatsApp. If there are any exercises you cannot do, please let me know and I will amend them . The workouts are made up of HITT, resistance / strength training and mobility and stretching. There will be 3 workouts per week. Please remember throughout the sessions to have a drink, ensure the space is safe and you go at your own ability. You have my number so you can contact me throughout the program.
